Sean Hervo, P.Eng., MBA, is a seasoned energy professional and the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of PrePad, a category-defining software company that empowers energy producers to optimize drilling and completions through capital lifecycle management, execution optimization, and asset development strategies.

With nearly 15 years of progressive experience in the oil and gas industry, Sean brings deep domain expertise to his role – most notably from his time at Shell, where he led multidisciplinary teams across the Americas in key positions such as Strategic Supply Chain Lead and Completions Engineering Manager. In parallel, he drove innovation from within as an intrapreneur, inventing, patenting, and developing new technologies that addressed critical industry challenges.

Sean holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Manitoba and an MBA from Cornell University, equipping him with the technical and business acumen to drive meaningful change in an evolving energy landscape.
