r. Long was appointed co-Chief Executive Officer of Energy Transfer in January 2021, having served as Energy Transfer’s Chief Financial Officer from 2016 through 2020. Mr. Long is also on the Board of Directors of Energy Transfer LP and Chairman of the Board of USA Compression Partners, LP. Additionally, he is a member of the Board of Directors of Texas Capital Bancshares, Inc. (NASDAQ: TCBI), the parent company of Texas Capital Bank, the Texas State University System Board of Regents, and the Board of Directors of the Texas Stock Exchange (TXSE Group Inc.).

Prior to Energy Transfer, Mr. Long was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Regency GP LLC from November 2010 to April 2015. From May 2008 to November 2010, Mr. Long served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Matrix Service Company. He also served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of DCP Midstream Partners, LP from its formation in December 2005 through 2008. From 1998 to 2005, Mr. Long served in several executive positions with subsidiaries of Duke Energy Corp., one of the nation’s largest electric power companies.
