Thomas Galloway joined Riverbend in 2017 and currently serves as Partner & Chief Financial Officer. Previously, Mr. Galloway served in the Investment Banking, A&D group at RBC Capital Markets and Energy Commercial Lending group at Amegy Bank (Zion Bancorp).

Mr. Galloway has 14+ years of experience in the areas of mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, equity and debt capital markets, corporate finance, and commercial lending. Mr. Galloway holds a B.S. Business Administration – Finance from Louisiana State University. He serves on the Board of Directors of Walk & Roll for Spinal Cord Injuries Foundation.
