Rob Cashell is a seasoned energy professional with over 14 years of experience in asset management, power plant operations, and energy logistics. As Director of Asset Management at Enchanted Rock, he oversees natural gas transport and commodity arrangements, ensuring seamless contract execution and operational efficiency.

Previously, Cashell served as Director of Natural Gas Supply, managing large-scale commercial gas agreements and optimizing procurement strategies. Before joining Enchanted Rock, he spent 16 years at Colorado Springs Utilities, where he led natural gas and energy trading, overseeing 200,000 MMBtu/day of pipeline capacity and 3 BCF of storage assets.

Cashell began his career in mechanical engineering and operations, working at El Paso Natural Gas and Puget Sound Naval Shipyard. He also served six years in the U.S. Navy as a Nuclear Machinist Mate, operating nuclear propulsion systems aboard submarines.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Washington State University and an MBA in Finance from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs. He is also a Certified NERC Qualified Balance and Interchange Operator.
