Matt Chase is currently a Senior Vice President at BOK Financial, Energy Financial Services, where he has more than 15 years of energy finance experience. At BOK Financial, his role includes business development responsibilities in areas of reserve-based lending, hedging, A&D advisory, treasury and other banking services. Previously, Mr. Chase has had experience in the oil and gas industry, working with a start-up entity seeking private equity financing and a privately held exploration and production company. Responsibilities with these two endeavors included corporate financial analysis, financial forecasting, hedging, capital raising, and banking relationships. Mr. Chase also spent several years with ORIX USA in the Leveraged Finance group where he provided debt financing for general middle-market private equity sponsored leveraged buyouts. Mr. Chase has 25 years of experience in the finance industry, is a FINRA-registered securities representative, and has an MBA from Southern Methodist University and a BBA from the University of Akron.
