Carl Isaac has served as President & Chief Executive Officer of Sabine Oil & Gas since July 2023. Since 2017, he led Sabine’s Operations and Marketing efforts and was a member of the team that led Sabine to a successful 2019 corporate sale to Osaka Gas USA. Since 1997, Mr. Isaac has been primarily involved in upstream start-ups and turnarounds. He began his career as a petroleum engineer for Seneca Resources working onshore California, Texas Gulf Coast, and the GOM Shelf where he was responsible for engineering and operations. Mr. Isaac holds a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M and currently serves on the industry advisory boards of the Petroleum Engineering Department and the Petroleum Ventures Program at Texas A&M.
