Jeff Treadway is the Director and Group Head of Energy Finance at Comerica Bank. He leads a team of experienced bankers who are well-versed in the oil and gas industry, specifically the upstream and midstream sectors. Through a relationship-based approach his team provides customized solutions including Reserve-based Lending (RBL), Commodity Hedging, Corporate Syndications, Capital Markets, and Treasury Management. Comerica’s Energy bankers are located in the Houston, Dallas and Denver markets and have banking experience in all major US producing basins.

Treadway has more than 20 years of experience in energy finance. Previously he was a manager for Comerica’s Houston Energy team, and prior to that was a Relationship Manager in Houston managing a portfolio of upstream and midstream customers. Before joining Comerica, Treadway served in various roles for Texas Capital Bank and Guaranty Bank. A graduate of Texas A&M University, Treadway earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Marketing. He serves on the board of the Spring Branch-Memorial Sports Association, and has previously served on the board and in leadership roles for Memorial Drive UMC and the Spring Branch Education Foundation. He resides in Houston, Texas.
