Steven Jolley is the Permian Basin Technology Manager for Halliburton. He has 18 years of experience in the oil and gas industry which have all been on the service side with Halliburton. Over the course of his career, he has worked in and supported most all product service lines Halliburton offers. He started his career in coiled tubing supporting the engineering side in East Texas which led to an opportunity to later train in frac as the Haynesville Shale popularity rose. This field work laid the foundation to future opportunities in sales, engineering, and district management roles in the MidCon over an 8-year period. Prior to coming to the Permian, Steven led the North America fiber optics and data acquisition teams, known as Pinnacle, within Halliburton.
Steven serves on the board for University of Texas Permian Basin engineering department. He received his bachelor of science degree in construction engineering of technology from Louisiana Tech University. He is currently finishing up his master’s in business administration from Louisiana State University.
