Ricky Kostner is the Permian Basin Regional Manager for ChampionX’s Chemical Technologies division. His hometown is Bakersfield, CA and he holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from California State University, Bakersfield. Ricky joined ChampionX in 2012 supporting major capital projects across ChampionX’s deepwater business in the Gulf of Mexico, West Africa and Latin America. In 2017 he relocated to California where he led operations in California and the San Juan Basin. In 2022 Ricky and his wife Lindsay relocated their family to Midland, Tx. to lead the ChampionX Chemical Technologies division across the Permian Basin. Ricky and Lindsay are avid outdoors people and enjoy golf, fishing, hunting and backpacking with their dog, Douglas.
