Audrey Robertson is the Co-Founder and EVP of Finance at Franklin Mountain Energy, a private oil and gas company operating over 30,000 acres in Lea, County New Mexico. Previously, Ms. Robertson was the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Copper Trail Partners, LLC, a private equity firm focused on acquiring oil and gas mineral rights and leasehold interests. She began her career at Goldman Sachs & Co and held various roles at Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors, L.P. Ms. Robertson currently serves as a member of the board of directors of Liberty Energy, Inc. (NYSE: LBRT), and previously served as a member of the board of directors of Bonanza Creek Energy, Inc. (formerly NYSE: BCEI), and Extraction Oil & Gas, Inc. (formerly NASDAQ: XOG). Ms. Robertson currently serves on the board of directors of the New Mexico Oil and Gas Association (NMOGA) and is a trustee of ACE Scholarships, a not for profit focused on school choice. Ms. Robertson earned a B.S. in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University and a Master of Accounting from the University of Southern California; she is an inactive Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Sommelier from the Court of Master Sommeliers in London. She is the proud mother of two sons and lives in Denver, Colorado
