With over 30 years of experience in development, construction, and architecture, Vincent currently serves as the Vice President of Construction at Hines, a leading global real estate investment, development, and management firm. Since joining Hines 12 years ago, he has focused on new development, asset repositioning, capital improvements, and acquisitions throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.

Vincent holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from The Catholic University of America. Prior to joining Hines, he held senior leadership roles, including Senior Executive at Rand Construction, Director of Design and Construction at JM Zell Partners, and Senior Project Architect at SmithGroup. His extensive experience and strategic vision have consistently driven successful project outcomes and enhanced the firm’s portfolio.
