Mr. Crowley is a member of Houlihan Lokey’s Oil & Gas Group. He specializes in executing complex transactions across a variety of disciplines, including M&A, A&D, financing, and recapitalization transactions.

Mr. Crowley has approximately two decades of experience advising clients in the upstream and midstream sectors of the oil and gas industry. He has advised corporations, boards of directors, management teams, and stakeholders in both domestic and international engagements.

Mr. Crowley is a regular speaker on various topics regarding the oil and gas industry and holds a B.A. in Economics from Columbia College.
