Dr. Jennifer (Jen) Hornemann has served as Vice President of Production since January 2022 managing over 3.3 Bcfd of natural gas and 15,000 bbls of oil daily from 1500 horizontal wells across WV and Ohio. Prior to her current role, she served as Director of Production Operations. Before joining Antero in 2021, Jen managed the Facilities Engineering & Water teams for QEP Resources, overseeing implementation of full modular production process designs for new Permian developments along with Williston and Haynesville facility installations. Prior to QEP, she worked across multiple ExxonMobil companies from 2009 to 2017, setting up the Microbial Induced Corrosion (MIC) lab to focus mainly on asset integrity for West Africa offshore equipment and pipelines as a Senior Research Engineer. During her time at XTO as Senior Facilities Engineer, she led integrity programs for offshore Alaska Cook Inlet assets and onshore Williston and Permian production facilities. She began her career with General Electric as a Product Design Engineer. She holds a Professional Engineering (PE) license along with a B.S. in Physics from Stephen F. Austin State University, a M.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Arkansas and a PhD in Chemical Engineering from Montana State University.
